Both Apartments booking, payment and cancellation details.
Minimum stay: 4 nights
Free cancellation: the combined Pool + Pergola accommodation can be cancelled up to 30 days before check-in.
Non-refundable rate: If selected, you may still cancel your reservation within 2 hours of the booking confirmation and receive a full refund, even if the booking was made within the non-refundable period or after the free cancellation deadline has passed. After these 2 hours, the reservation becomes fully non-refundable and no refund will be issued.
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 10 guests in total, with up to 5 guests in each apartment.
House rules: Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted, out of respect for the property, neighboring homes, and the comfort of all guests.
Identification required: For check-in registration, the lead guest is kindly required to provide a passport number or, if they are a Greek resident, a valid AFM before arrival.
Payment method: Full payment is collected immediately.
